Sheikh Saeed Ahmed Baghlaf has over 27 years of experience in various business, industrial, real estate, investment, non-profit, and endowment activities. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the United States and has completed several courses in strategic planning, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorism financing.
He holds the position of Chairman of the Board in several companies, including Baghlaf Althafar Group, Baz International Company for Industry, Al-Afak Al-Aalami Company, Afak Al-Ataa Investment Management Company at Zamzam Health Services Association, and Modern Assets Financing Company. He is also a founding member of the King Salman Center for Disability Research and a member of the Advisory Board at the Islamic Economic Institute at King Abdulaziz University.
Engineer Fayez Nasser Al-Dosari

Engineer Fayez bin Nasser Al-Dosari is a civil engineer with over 17 years of experience in executive management and Operating Factories. He is a certified professional in project management, risk management, and business analysis from the American Institute of Project Management. He is also an international professional in strategic planning and organizational excellence from the British Accreditation Center. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.
He is a member of the Marketing and Sales Committee in the Saudi and Asian Weightlifting Federation and a board member of Al-Aridah Charitable Association. He currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Baz International Company for Industry.

Engineer Ahmed Karasneh
Factory Manager
Engineer Ahmed Karasneh is an industrial mechanical production engineer with over 27 years of experience in factories and projects management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology and is a member of the Jordanian Engineers Association. He has completed courses and obtained certifications in project planning and non-financial accounting.
